SPCTRM LUV™ provides sensory-friendly wearable SmartTags and a digital platform that sends SMS notifications to emergency contacts when a tag is scanned by a rescuer.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Ensure emergency contact phone numbers are correct

  • Use SPCTRM LUV™ SmartTags responsibly

  • Not misuse or interfere with our services

You are responsible for any SMS charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

SMS Alerts

When you register a SmartTag and provide emergency contact numbers:

  • You authorize SPCTRM LUV™ to send SMS alert messages

  • Messages are event-triggered and non-marketing

  • Emergency contacts may opt out by replying STOP

  • Support is available by replying HELP

Message and data rates may apply.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software

  • Use SmartTags or messages for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to bypass system security

  • Harass or misuse emergency contact features

Intellectual Property

All SPCTRM LUV™ trademarks, logos, branding, designs, and SmartTag technology are owned by SPCTRM LUV™ and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SPCTRM LUV™ provides products and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:

  • Accuracy of location

  • Guarantee that SMS alerts reach the recipient

  • Uninterrupted access to the platform

We do our best, but no system is perfect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SPCTRM LUV™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Users assume responsibility for enabling and maintaining emergency contact information

  • SMS delivery speed or failure is not guaranteed

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Misuse

  • Fraud

  • Violations of these Terms

You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as needed. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
