We want you to love your SPCTRM LUV™ products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unscanned, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at support@spctrmluv.com 

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are always free.

If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, just email support@spctrmluv.com and our team will take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Non-returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • SmartTags that have been scanned or activated

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@spctrmluv.com so we can make it right.
